Rebecca C. Rosebraugh, 96, passed away at 5 p.m. December 13, 2005, at the Meadows Manor North, Terre Haute.

Born June 20, 1909, in Vigo County, she was the daughter of Marshall Zeke Rosebraugh and Bertha Jones Rosebraugh. She served in the Army in World War II, was a member of St. Patricks Church, Retired Army Nurse Corps, Krietenstein American Legion Post No.104, American Red Cross and the Nightengales. She was a retired registered nurse.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Dora Belle Duke, Mary Ellen Means, Donna Mae Huck and two infant sisters, Ruth and Dorothy Rosebraugh; a brother, Samuel Rosebraugh and a great-nephew, Derran Davies.

Survivors include a niece, Rebecca Davies (husband Mike); a nephew, Billy Rosebraugh; a great-niece, Michelle Davies and a brother-in-law, Bernard Heck.

Services will be conducted at St. Patricks Church Saturday, December 17, 2005, at 11 a.m. with Father Rick Ginther officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park with military graveside rites by Krietenstein American Legion Post No. 104. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m. at the church.
