Homer David Burnham, 70 of Brazil formerly of Tampa, FL, passed away January 6, 2006, at Cloverleaf Healthcare Facility. He had been in failing health for the past year.

He was born December 9, 1935, in Tampa, the son of Homer David Burnham and Juanita Hall Burnham. He was a truck driver for Spartan Oil Company in Tampa, and had just retired January of 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Black Burnham of Brazil; two stepdaughters, Linda Ward and Laurie Lamb of Brazil; four children, Bruce Burnham, Carol Bryant, Deborah Terry and Barbara Sherman; one brother, Donald Burnham; and two sisters, Delores Stanger and Betty Fordes.

At his request, cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

French Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
