Marilyn (Susie) Holman, 74, of Greentown, Indiana, died at 5:37 a.m., Thursday, February 9, 2006, in Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana.

Born May 28, 1931, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of C. Frank and Iola Jane (Clevenger) Fisher.

She graduated from Brazil High School.

She was married to Charles H. Holman Jr. in 1952. They moved to Greentown in 1956 from Brazil.

She was employed by The Flower Shop in Greentown from 1980-1984 and was a volunteer at Howard Community Hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Charles H. and Denise Holman III of San Antonio, Texas, and Chris and Susan Holman of Kokomo; two daughters, Marie Duncan of Kokomo and Anne H. and Keith Hochstedler of Greentown; a son-in-law, Donald Duncan of Lake Worth, Florida; a brother-in-law, Wayne Jones, of Brazil; grandchildren, Zakary Duncan, Samuel Duncan, Alex Duncan, Travis and Jackie Holman, Clayton Holman, Corren Holman, Natalie and Noel Peters, Reid Hochstedler, Paige Anne Hochstedler; and great-grandchildren, Kevin Holman, Alysia Duncan, Taylor Duncan, Paige Peters and Dylan McKoon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Shaun Holman; a daughter, Jonelle Holman; and sisters, Helen Stout and Margaret Anne Jones.

Services will be Monday at 8 p.m. in Hasler and Stout Funeral Home, 112 E. Main St., Greentown, with Pastor Larry Maddox officiating. Cremation will follow.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Association Indiana Organ Procurement Program or Kokomo Humane Society.
