Margaret A. "Peggy" Boucher, 89, of Brazil, passed away, March 12, 2006, at 11:20am at Cloverleaf Healthcare Facility. She was born July 28, 1916, to Henry A. and Mabel O. Martin McShanog. She graduated from Brazil High School in 1934 and worked as a clerk for Paitson Brothers Hardware in Brazil for more than 20 years. On December 29, 1940, she married William P. Boucher Sr., he preceded her in death May 5, 1984. She was a member of the Knightsville Ladies Aid and attended Annunciation Catholic Church. She enjoyed working in her yard, mowing grass and tending to flowers. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son John H. Boucher, brother Don McShanog, sister-in-law Doris McShanog, and son-in-law Dick Brown.

Survivors include a son, William P. Boucher Jr., and wife, Jane, of Brazil; a daughter, Susan J. Brown of Lehigh Acres, Fla.; grandchildren Angela Tomlinson and husband, Don, of Rensselear, Indiana, John Brown and wife Michelle of Fishers, William J. Boucher of Brownsburg, Laura Bedilion of Indianapolis; great-grandchildren, Allison VanderWall, Nicole VanderWall, Kelsey VanderWall, stepgrandson, Jordan Brown, Robin Brown, Anna Boucher, Emma Bedilion; a step-great-grandson, Sean Tomlinson; and a "special sister," Rosie Puff.

Services will be at French Funeral Home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with her nephew, the Rev. Dick McShanog, officiating. Burial will follow at Summit Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.

Pallbearers will include John Brown, William Boucher, Don Tomlinson, Arnie Gaskill, Raymond Brown, and George Brown.
