Mark Jeffery Martin, 45, of Ferndale, Indiana, died at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in the emergency room at St. Vincent Clay Hospital in Brazil.

He was born April 22, 1960, in Gary, Indiana, as the son of Robert Louis Martin and Shirley Gordon Martin.

He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father; one son, Dylan Eugene Martin; one sister, Cheryl M. Bomersback and her husband Allen Sr. of Carbondale, Colorado, and one brother, Brian Douglas Martin and his wife, Claire of Clarksville, Virginia.

At the request of the deceased, his body was cremated. Moore Funeral Home provided cremation services.
