'Dear American soldier ...'

Meridian Elementary fourth grade teachers Linda Grove and Leah Schuch wanted to do something very special for Veteran's Day. They searched the Internet and found the "Dear American Soldier" project. Students wrote letters to soldiers overseas and assembled Save Our Soldiers care packages. They brought in a variety of items to be sent to our soldiers such as toiletries, stationary and pens, hard candy, card games and much more to accompany their letters.
