- Police acted on information from Division of Family and Children Services
TERRE HAUTE -- On Friday, Indiana State Police detectives arrested Glenn L. Culler, 39, of Bowling Green on one B Felony and three C Felony counts of Child Molesting.
Culler is accused of molesting several juveniles over the past several years. Detective Troy Stanton and Trooper Chris Harcourt initially received information on the child molestation allegations from the Clay County Division of Family and Children Services on Dec. 9. Indiana State Police detectives and the Division of Family and Children have been working together on the case since that time and have identified several victims.
Culler was arrested and incarcerated in the Clay County Jail on an arrest warrant with a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Clay Superior Court on Dec. 30. Bond was set at $50,000, 10 percent required. He paid the $5,000 and was released on the day of his arrest.
The arrest was made by Clay County Sheriff's deputies and Indiana State Police officers.
