The Clay County Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. Board of Directors has approved the 2003 Cedric Ray Memorial Scholarship Program for eligible high school seniors. The program, initiated in 1993, is intended to help further the educational opportunities of our rural youth.
Two scholarships will be awarded. One male and one female recipient will be selected from the applications received. Recipients will receive a total of $6,000 over their first two years of higher education.
Eligible high school seniors must be children of our members who subscribe to residential telephone service. Applications and program guidelines may be obtained from the school guidance office.
Scholarship applications must be received by CCRTC by March 10.
