The Veteran's Day program will begin at 10 a.m. tomorrow on the court house steps near the American Legion Post 2 Memorial Building.
Clay County Veterans Service Officer Les Walden said the Jackson Township Band, under the direction of Matt Huber, will perform to begin the event.
The combined Color Guard of the VFW Post 1127 and American Legion Post 2 will present the Colors preceding the service.
American Legion Commander Bob Brush will give a welcome preceding the presentation by speaker, Retired U.S. Army Col. Don Moreau, from Center Point.
After Moreau's talk, Rick Wetnight will sing "My Buddy" followed by a 21-gun salute and "Taps".
A special presentation of the Bronze Star Metal will be made to Jasper Jordan Jr. for combat duty in World War II.
Everyone who has served in the military, have family or friends who were, or currently are, a member of a branch of the armed forces, and anyone who is proud to be an American, is encouraged to attend the Veteran's Day service.
