The CRS, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Assoication of Realtors, awards the CRS designation to experienced realtors who have completed advanced professional training. Only 5 percent of realtors hold the CRS designation, yet CRS designees are involved in 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions.
