Rob Gambill while Ryan Stephenson, Frank Beasley Jr. and Mary Stephenson watch during the child identification program sponsored by Centennial Lodge No. 541 and the Clay County Sheriff's Department on Saturday. The CHIPS (Child Identification Program) is a community project offered by Freemasons to help promote safety for children of all ages. More than 100 identification kits were available to parents who brought their children to Wal-Mart to be videotaped, obtain a DNA swab and be fingerprinted during the four-hour event.
