According to Wabash Valley Asphalt employee, Joe Burdick, a company truck with a lift bed was pouring asphalt onto Alabama Street, next to the Sheriff's Department on Wednesday. When the truck went to lower the bed, the bed got caught on a utility line. The truck had been freed and had left when this photo was taken. The orange ribbons were tied on the line to warn drivers of tall vehicles that the line is sagging.
