Oh Christmas Tree,

Oh Christmas Tree,

The Duncan house just loves thee;

Oh Christmas Tree,

Oh Christmas Tree,

And quite a house it is to see!

Enter this lovely contemporary home of Pat and Debbie Duncan, with four bedrooms and two full baths located on approximately 1 acre. The house is a neutral color throughout with brand new carpet on the lower level!

As you enter the foyer, you are greeted by Frosty the Snowman and family.

Your first stop is up the stairs to the right. This is the first of four bedrooms. This bedroom houses Patrick, age 14, an 8th grader at North Clay Middle School. Patrick has a beautiful Christmas tree, simple, yet elegant, showing his true Christmas spirit. He is active in sports and music as seen by his guitar collection. On his Santa list? Another guitar, of course.

Down the stairs to your right you will enter a large open concept room. This one room includes the living room, dining room and kitchen.

In the living room you will see the Duncan's Family Christmas tree. This lovely revolving tree is set with ornaments from every fav-orite through out the children's lives. From Winnie the Pooh to Lion King, Fire trucks to Harry Potter, the Hulk, GI Joe and sports figures this tree has it all!

Continue into the dining room where the table is set for a Christmas gathering. A dark green tablecloth serves to highlight the Winterberry Phalzgraph tableware along with the three-wick Christmas centerpiece that matches the garland within a brass chandelier. The three-wick has survived its seven years without being lit. The candle will be lit this year to commemorate Duncan's last Christmas in this beautiful house before relocating to Fargo, N.D., and a lot more snow!

Into the kitchen where you will find homemade treats, cookies, fudge and candies all waiting for Santa's arrival. The kitchen is decorated with Longa-berger baskets, fresh eucalyptus and gorgeous poinsettias. The white cabinets show well against the beige and burgundy wallpaper.

Through the hall to the second bedroom on your left, you will see Nathan's room. This room is the pre-teen's dream come true. With a loft locker room bed made with all NFL football teams bedding, a computer and an X-Box set up, what more can a 10-year-old ask for? PLENTY! Nathan's room is decorated with lights around his window a lovely red poinsettia and a small holly tree. A locker to match his bed and dresser keep his swim gear handy and hidden. Nathan is a swimmer for the Terre Haute Torpedoes. He is proud of his accomplishments as seen by his many medals and trophies.

Continue down the hall to the left and you will enter bedroom No. 3. This is Michael's room. Michael is also a swimmer and loves his music. At 12 years old, this 7th grader at North Clay Middle School is involved in the band, playing the displayed trombone. Michael's room is decorated with a tropical Hibiscus, a red poinsettia and lights around his window. The moon window in this room adds additional natural light to his clean light blue room. Bedding is Tommy Hilfiger red, white and blue matching the walls.

Out the hall to the left is bathroom No. 1. This bathroom is ready for Christmas guests! Decorated with Christmas trees and candles for a relaxing bath, this neutral room is small but elegant.

Out the bath to your left is the master bedroom. This room makes any Snowman feel right at home! The cherry bed and dressers to match show the rich reds and neutral colors of this room. Two full walk-in closets and a full bath also decorated with snowmen are found in this room. The master bath has a sky window perfect for watching for Santa's sleigh while soaking in the jetted tub.
