During Thursday night's Clay Community Schools Board of School Trustees' meeting the Distance Learning Equipment will once again be used in hopes of providing the public greater access to the school board meetings. People in the southern part of the county who are interested in viewing school board meetings can do so in the auditeria at Clay City High School.
The public will hear discussion concerning the following agenda items and others:
- Consideration of capping the board's portion of health insurance premiums for administrative and non-teaching personnel and a recommendation for salary increases for classified and administrative staff
- Superintendent William Schad will present information about the second grading period enrollment report
- Recommendation to approve request to expend money from Northview's Extracurricular account
- Recommendation to approve secondary course changes and removal of weighted grades at the secondary level
School Board members Steven Grigsby, Jim Guy, Dottie King, Terry Barr, Len Fischer, Ted Jackson and Joe Thomas are scheduled to attend the meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Media Center at North Clay Middle School immediately following an executive session.
