The 71st annual Brazil Fourth of July celebration in Forest Park sponsored by the Brazil Rotary Club was discussed at the Rockville Rotary Club meeting last week. The speaker was (on left) Sam Glover, president of the Brazil Rotary Club. On right is Rotary program chairperson, Dr. Donna McVay. The meeting was held in the Billie Creek Inn at Rockville.

Glover said this year's dates for the celebration are July 28 - July 4. The event will conclude with a fabulous July 4th fireworks display. He said the Brazil Rotary Club has 65-70 members and the celebration is their only fund raising project.

The Rotary Club of Rockville is one of over 31,936 Rotary International clubs world-

wide promoting community service, peace and understanding. The club normally meets each Wednesday morning at 7:15 a.m. at the Billie Creek Inn on U.S. 36 at the east edge of Rockville.
