Band plays more favorites

The Brazil Concert Band, under the direction of Matthew S. Huber, presents "I Always Liked That Tune" Sunday, Aug. 13th, rain or shine at Forest Park at 8 p.m.

During the month of August, band members have chosen their favorites during Huber's 25 years as conductor.

This week offers "Pride of the Wolverines" (Janelle Huber), "Glenn Miller in Concert" (Bill Morthland), "March to Mecca" (Ann Gibson) and "American Salute" (Rhonda Hine).

Also, "Barnum and Bailey's Favorite" (Schuyler Brinson), "Victory at Sea" (Wayne Parkins), "First Suite in E-flat" (Marcia Meurer), "Cousins" (Steve Steppe and Norman Hanson), "Call of the Road" (Jeff Shively) and "El Caballero" (Matt Huber).
