There will be a lot to talk about at the Clay Community School Board of Trustees public meeting Thursday night.
Agenda items of community interest include discussions about the Extra-curricular Activities Costs (ECA) and Contributions Report, procedures for hiring athletic and ECA positions in the corporation, the Energy Savings Management report and the first reading and discussion of the corporation's possible creation of a "nepotism" policy. The board will also discuss the salary and benefits packages for administrative personnel.
Counselors, staff members, volunteers and campers of the 2006 YMCA Summer Day Camp will be on hand to update the board members about some of the educational and fun activities they have taken part in during the past few months.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Media Center of the North Clay Middle School.
