Rachel Ann (Hofmann) Shockley, DO, has completed her Family Practice residency with the Community Health Network in Indianapolis. She attended Jackson Township Elementary School and graduated from Northview High School in 1994. Her undergraduate education was completed with honors at DePauw University, Greencastle. At DePauw, she participated in Management Fellows and Winter Terms in Service to the Philippines and Nicaragua. Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A. T. Still University in Kirksville, Mo., was the location of her medical education. There she participated in numerous student activities and was president of the Women in Osteopathic Medicine student association. Her clinic courses were completed at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Dr. Shockley is practicing in Indianapolis as a Family Practice physician for the Community Health Network and is an instructor in the Community Health Network's Family Practice Residency Program. She is the daughter of Roger and Beulah Hofmann of Brazil. Rachel and her husband, Randall, make their home in Carmel. Ind.
