October school board meeting to be in Clay City

The Clay Community Schools Board of Trustees will take the next school board meeting on the road to Clay City High School Thursday evening.

The board is expected to discuss enrollment, attendance, semester tests, adult education, GED salaries and update the public on contract negotiations with the teachers.

There will also be a presentation of information about Public Law 221, the "No Child Left Behind Act," Title 1 Data, construction, maintenance and renovation projects.

The public meeting will be held in the Clay City High School Auditeria at 7:30 p.m. Thursday
