The Northview Marching Knights are going to state final band competition for the 22nd time.

Competition will be this Saturday in the RCA Dome, Indianapolis. Northview performs at 10:13 a.m. The Class B line-up includes New Castle, Northview, Concord, Jasper, Bloomington North, Plainfield, Greenwood, Fort Wayne Northside, Northridge and Decatur Central.

Tickets cost $13 for adults and $11 for students and pre-schoolers. Babies, under age 2, carried in arms and not occupying a seat will be admitted free of charge.

Tickets will be available at the Dome or just before and after night rehearsals this week and from 8 to 11 a.m., Tuesday-Friday in the band office. Make checks payable to Band Boosters, no cash accepted, according to Director Bob Medworth.

Only 800 adult tickets and 300 student tickets are available.

Parking will be in any of the commercial lots in downtown Indianapolis. There will be no parking south of the Dome due to construction. Entry to the Dome will be only through Gates 2 and 3.

The Northview convoy should arrive at the Dome around 8 a.m. with the buses.
