Joan Manning Haverluck, 68, Brazil, died Saturday, August 11, 2007, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis, after a brief illness.
Although raised in Hopkinsville, she was a native of Humphreys County, Tennessee. Born Nov. 8, 1938, she was the daughter of John W. and Marguerite Stanford Manning. She had been a homemaker and was a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband_Harvey John Haverluck, Brazil; son Curt Haverluck and wife Casey, Indianapolis; daughter Jay Carol Wagoner and husband Bobby, Arrington, Tenn., two grandchildren, Elizabeth Wagoner and Kelsey Haverluck.
Services will take place at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007, at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville,_Ky., and will be officiated by Bill Watkins, with burial to follow in Flat Lick Church Cemetery, Hopkinsville.
Pallbearers will be Willie Wilcox and Jesse Shanklin, both of Hopkinsville, Johnny Stanford, Mt. Juliet, Tenn., Ecton Manning, Washington, Conn., and Andrew Ashley and Aaron Boe, Indianapolis.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until time of service Wednesday.
