She was born May 21, 1924 in Midland, to Ottie and Ethel Louise Goins Price.
On Oct. 25, 1945, she married Earl Lutes.
She had worked in the returns department at CBS for 31 years retiring in 1988.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, loved watching her hummingbirds and most of all loved being "Mom Mom" to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as anyone else who happened to be around.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Lutes, brother, Landon "Bud" Price, sister, Gloria Price and great grandsons, Samuel Provenzano and Andrew Howard.
Survivors include five sons, Russell Lutes and wife Diane, Greenfield, Stephen Lutes, Staunton, Tim Lutes and wife Carol, Brazil, Greg Lutes and wife Melanie, Brazil, and Jim Smith, Staunton; a daughter, Terry Riddell and husband Sam, Staunton; two brothers, Joe Price and wife Sharon of Crystal Lake, Ill., and Fred Price and wife Joann, Brazil; sister, Glendace Morris, Orlando, Fla.; sister-in-law, Evelyn Price, Indianapolis; grandchildren, Christopher Lutes, Matthew Lutes, Kevin Lutes, Nick Riddell, Douglas Lutes, Mitchell Riddell, Ryan Lutes, Tawnya Provenzano, Tasha Howard, Elizabeth Hoffman and Emilee Biddle; great-grandchildren, Devin and Zach Lutes, Natalia Provenzano, Lexi and Parker Lutes, Evie and Jaiden Lutes, Kolton Biddle and Joanna Howard; several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
Services will be in 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, at French Funeral Home with visitation from 4-8 p.m., Thursday, Sept., 13, 2007, in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Clearview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
