Housekeeping measures will be on the agenda and the minds of the members of the Town Council of Knightsville during their meeting tonight.
This meeting was rescheduled due to board member scheduling difficulties.
All three council members, President Mike Kester, Vice-president Debbie Cress and Council Member David M. Brown, are scheduled to attend the meeting.
The council had considered holding a special meeting to approve the budget, but decided to hold it on their regular meeting night to allow all council members to attend.
Board members will make the final approval and vote on the 2008 budget, which is an estimated total of $208,600.
The council held a public hearing regarding the budget on Aug. 21.
The net assessed valuation of the town of Knightsville is $13,787,300, which also has a current tax levy of $31,542.
Also on the agenda is the finalization and approval of the codification process with American Legal Publications and hear a presentation from a Clear View Windows representative about new windows at the Knightsville Community Center.
The public is invited to attend the meeting, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Knightsville Community Center.
The October monthly meeting will return to its normal schedule, which will be Oct. 4.
