The YMCA of Clay County will be hosting its annual Halloween at the Y Family Fun Night from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27.
The event is put together by the YMCA of Clay County, with the support of community agencies and local businesses.
Halloween at the YMCA is designed to be a fun and safe way for families to celebrate the holiday.
The event is open to all children, teens and adults in the community.
Admission is one nonperishable food item or $1 per person, which will be donated to local food pantries.
The YMCA is seeking sponsors for the event and is asking community agencies and local businesses to sponsor a booth during the festivities.
Each booth will feature a carnival-type game or activity and prizes or candy.
Sponsoring a booth includes providing a volunteer to run the booth and supplying prizes or candy to award to each child playing the game.
