CLAY CITY -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will conduct a public hearing to discuss the proposed improvements to State Road 59 in Clay County at 6 p.m., Wednesday.

The meeting will take place at the Clay City Junior/Senior High School auditorium, 601 Lankford St., Clay City.
