The Knights jumped on the Eagles early and did not let up, getting out to a 4-0 lead behind three points and two aces from senior Ashley Hull.
The Eagles struggled throughout the game, not earning a service point until the score was 23-7.
While South Putnam was able to make a small run, the Knights held on for a 25-11 victory.
Game two was more of the same. Hull opened with seven straight points, including three consecutive aces.
In both service and returns, the Knights picked apart the Eagle defense, placing the ball just beyond the defender's reach.
Setter Lindsay Thomas took care of her hitters all night, spreading the ball around to Kaley Huffman (7 kills), Ashley Hull (6) and Lottie King (4).
The Eagles were unable to get in gear throughout game two, and the Knights won 25-9.
In game three, Hull once again built a lead for the Knights, building a 5-0 lead on four straight aces.
With his team once again building a big lead, coach Scott McDonald began taking his starters out of the game. With the Northview bench in the game, the Eagles made another small run to pull within six at 22-16.
The Knights took the last three points, though, clinching the match on an ace from Samantha Solomon.
"I thought we played well," McDonald said. "After a tough weekend it was tough to get our adrenaline back up, but overall we did a pretty good job of that."
