The Clay Community Schools school board will hold its monthly meeting Thursday at the Clay City Jr./Sr. High School Auditeria.
On the agenda, the board will hear presentations on the Safe Schools Committee's findings, activities and programs at Clay City Jr./Sr. High School, and the Capital Projects Fund.
Terry Barr, the board president, requested the report on the CPF to see how money used to pay utilities and insurance is affecting the effort to maintain and repair the school buildings.
The board will also review and vote on applications for grants, personnel changes, and new retirement notification policies.
Last board meeting, the Health Savings Account and high premium insurance plan was approved for non-certified employees of the corporation.
Recommendations for establishing the financial carrier for the Health Savings Account will be made and voted on during this month's meeting.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will be broadcasted next Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on cable channel two if the meeting is less than two hours long.
If the meeting is more than two hours long, tape one will play Monday and tape two will play on Tuesday at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. The two tapes will replay on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, at the same times.
