Elena Bonomo, 83, Brazil, passed away at Cloverleaf Health Center, Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, at 2:45 a.m. Born in Massa, Italy to Nicholas and Luisa Polumba DeMarino, Elena married Jake Bonomo in 1948.

Elena was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church, a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Ersila DeMarino, and a brother, Liberato DeMarino.

Elena is survived by her husband, Jacob Bonomo, of Brazil, son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Jeri Bonomo, of Brazil, daughter Luisa Deal, of Naples, Italy, grandchildren, Nick and Mica Bonomo, April Bonomo, all of Brazil, great-grandchild, Vincent Bonomo of Brazil, and sisters, Lorenzina and Ines of Argentina.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, Oct. 12, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Rev. Fr. Dominic Chukwudi will officiate. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Brazil.
