Knights take out Warriors

DANVILLE -- The Northview Knights capped their regular season by drilling Danville on their home court, 25-3, 25-11, 25-13 on Monday night.

"Overall it was a dominating performance on our part," commented coach Scott McDonald. "We're peaking at the right time and we just need to do a lot of work getting ready for (Terre Haute) North."

The Knights got 30 assists and 10 digs from senior Lindsay Thomas as well as 10 kills and 15 digs from Kaley Huffman. Ashley Hull contributed seven kills and Lottie King added 11 kills and seven blocks. Kyler Clark added in 11 digs in the victory and Brittaney Long chipped in seven kills. Kaylee Clark had six digs.

"I'm pleased with how we played tonight," said McDonald. "Our mindset was great in getting ready for the sectional."

The Knights (29-3 overall) will take on Terre Haute North at 6 p.m. on Thursday in the Mooresville Sectional.
