Richard (Dick) Wayne Newport, 71, Waco, Ga., formerly of Brazil, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, in Georgia.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at Lawson-Miller Chapel. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Georgia.
