He was born June 16, 1947, in Indianapolis, the son of Andrew Jackson Willoughby and Wilma Manuel Willoughby.
On Sept. 23, 1988, he married Mary Ann Schiebel, she survives. In his working career, he was a tow-truck driver, worked for Townsend Tree Service and was the maintence supervisor at the truck stop at I-70 and Hwy 231. He also collected and resold metal and cut and sold firewood.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, Poland, two sons, Ronald Willoughby Bruce and Jack Eugene Willoughby, Jr., Poland, one sister, Betty Freeman, Cloverdale and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Margie Willoughby and Juanita Lipp, and two brothers, Andrew Willoughby and Sheridan Lee Willoughby.
There will be visitation Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, from 2-3 p.m. at French Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the family.
