This 1,900-square foot, one-and-a-half story, cottage-style brick home was built in 1984 and has been updated with its new owner's arrival.
It features three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car attached garage, and an inground swimming pool in the back yard with a gorgeous fire pit area that is a great gathering place.
The entire home is decorated in a Pottery Barn winter theme with various fun features.
The living area has a large Christmas tree and the room has been decorated in Christmas polka dots that flow into the eat-in-kitchen.
The theme of "ric-rak" has also inspired Lisa and can be seen throughout the home, including the downstairs bathroom.
Various pictures of her family are also displayed throughout.
As one ascends up the stairs decorated in beautiful greenery, the winter theme is still seen upstairs.
One upstairs bedroom is decorated in a "believe" theme and winter wonderland from Martha Stewart.
The inside of the home is quite gorgeous, but the back yard area is wonderful.
Beside the pool is a fire pit and sitting area that is great for entertaining guests and just hanging out. Even the outbuilding is decorated for winter with trees and wreaths.
Lanterns are strung throughout the area, giving it a very comfortable feeling.
Christmas music is also being played and really gives off a relaxed vibe.
The very modern home is great and one that all will really appreciate.
Tri Kappa invites all to come and enjoy Lisa Miller's home on Sunday, Dec. 2, from 1-5 p.m.
Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door and may be purchased at any of the homes.
