Larry and Geneva King will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 30 with an open house in their home from 1-4 p.m.
They were married on Dec. 30, 1957 in Kingsport, Tennessee and have since made their home in Brazil.
Larry is retired from Pell Roofing and Siding where he worked for 48 years.
Geneva works in the office at Page's Food Store after being a homemaker until her children were grown.
Larry and Geneva have one daughter, Lisa Lee, and three sons and daughter-in-laws: Wayne and Dottie King; Earl and Vickie King; and Rob and Missy King. All live in Clay county. Larry and Geneva also have fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The Kings live on south Harmony Road. All friends and family are invited to attend the Open House.
