Helen S. Zimmerman, 95, Clay City, passed away at 11:50 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, in Holly Hill Health Care.

She was born July 24, 1912, in Clay City, to William and Rena Brothers Zimmerman.

She was a homemaker and nanny, a graduate of Clay City High School and a member of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Kathryn Pitts and Lois Haltom, a brother John Zimmerman and a nephew, Bill Harbaugh.

Survivors include a brother, Robert Zimmerman, Clay City, a sister, Norma Harbaugh, Clay City; three nieces, Marilyn Gerber, Clay City and Karen Hopkins, Brazil, and Kathy Harbaugh, a nephew, Steve Harbaugh, Mesa, Ariz, and several great-nieces and great nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, in Sink Cemetery. Schoppenhorst Funeral Home in Clay City is handling the arrangements.
