Bill and Jessica Phillips are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Miley Shay Phillips. Miley was born on Dec. 18, 2007, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Miley was welcomed home by sister Emmalee, and brothers Kyler and Steven.

Proud grandparents are Brenda Stewart, Jim Crabb, Bill Sr., and Joyce Phillips.
