This is out of control! What do we need to do to get this to stop?? I am sick of it. I think a lynching of the note writters may be in order! Make an example out of them.

I'm not sure of the law but I would think if it was considered an act of terrorism and the person would be federally charged as an adult(no matter what the age)it wouldn't take long for it to stop. Especially if they made an example of them. madmom61 is right. This is out of control and has to stop now.

Well madmom lynching is not the answer, yes setting an example of the persons responceable is in order, but it's almost impossible to police something thats been written in the restroom. Teachers usuall know who the trouble makers are and it's possible that someone may brag about the threat itself and when that happens then those responcible need to address the student body and say I'm sorry, and then have them pay for the costs of the emergency personal to arrive at the school, and reimburse the costs of canceling events to both schools. Don't have the money.. I'm sure there's plenty of things to do around the school to work off misbehavior and raise a little cash.
