WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- Lakisha Freeman scored 21 points, and Purdue beat Illinois 71-59 on Sunday afternoon.
Kalika France had 18 points and seven assists and Natasha Bogdanova added nine points on three 3-pointers for Purdue (10-10, 6-3 Big Ten).
Jenna Smith scored 20 points, Chelsea Gordon scored 12 and Rebecca Harris added 11 points and 11 rebounds for Illinois (11-9, 3-6).
Purdue led 29-25 at halftime, but Illinois rallied to take a 40-37 lead early in the second half.
The Boilermakers responded with a 14-0 run that included two baskets each from Campbell and Freeman to take a 51-40 lead.
Illinois cut the lead to 57-54 before a 3-pointer by Bogdanova and a bucket by FahKara Malone bumped Purdue's advantage to 62-54 with 4:24 to play.
Purdue led by at least five points the rest of the way.
