Benefit supper set for Rosedale resident

A benefit soup supper for Rosedale resident Ronnie Guckenberger has been scheduled for 4-7 p.m., Saturday. Feb. 9.

Guckenberger received head injuries when his family was involved in an auto accident. Since the accident, he has been at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.

The benefit supper will take place at the Rosedale Firehouse. The menu will consist of vegetable soup, chili, hot dogs, chili dogs, sloppy joe's, desserts and drinks.

Entertainment will be provided by the Banks of the Wabash Chorus from 5-6 p.m., and a silent auction will also take place.

A free will offering will be accepted and donations may be made at any First Financial Bank.

The benefit is sponsored by the Rosedale United Methodist Church, New Hope Church, Daily Chapel Church and The Friendly Grove Church.
