She was born Feb. 19, 1946, in Brazil, to John and Thelma (Glitz) Vanatti.
She graduated from Brazil High School in 1965.
Following high school, she worked for NACC Mallory in Greencastle until she began raising her family.
She enjoyed flower gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed baking, cleaning and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Thelma (Glitz) Vanatti and a brother, Wesley Vanatti.
She is survived by her husband Robert E. Harmon, Greencastle, daughter Belinda Barger and husband Lonny, Greencastle, and son Darren Harmon and wife Deanna, Lawrenceville, Ill., grandchildren, Brandon and Nathan Barger, Skylar and Baylee Harmon, and siblings Patricia Youngblood, John Vanatti, William Vanatti, Marilyn Hook and Charles Vanatti.
Committal services will be at Bee Ridge Cemetery at 1 p.m., Wednesday. Visitation will be at Lawson-Miller Chapel, Tuesday, from 4-8 p.m.
