She was born Feb. 15, 1931, in Parke County, the daughter of Frank Jones and Marie Williams Jones.
She attended school at Brazil High School. On July 24, 1948, she married Daniel Wesley, he survives. She had several business ventures in her lifetime, including one as a distributorship of herbs and vitamins called "Nutraworld". She also worked in home healthcare field in the Wabash Valley.
Wynona was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. She enjoyed her work in the ministry of Jehovah's Witness.
She is survived by her husband Dan Wesley, Brazil, their children, Danny L. Wesley and wife Peggy, Quincy, Ill., David A. Wesley and wife Elizabeth, Evansville, Deanne Fisher and husband John, Brazil, Derik B. Wesley and wife Nancy, Port Orange, Fla., eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, six brothers Frank Jones, Jr. and wife Barbara, Wilbur Jones and wife Barbara, Floyd Jones and wife Brenda, Glen Jones and wife Margie, Chuck Jones, and Leroy Bridgewater, two sisters Martha Cox and Opal Brooks, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Jones, Sr. and Marie Jones Bridgewater, and one brother Herschel Jones.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 3 p.m., on Feb. 16, 2008, at the Northview Kingdom Hall, Brazil, with Richard Griffin serving as speaker.
