She was born May 19, 1963, in Brazil, as the daughter of Earl J. and Mary L. Happy Kriebs. She graduated from Staunton High School and attended Vincennes University. She had worked as a dispatcher for an area shipping company. She was a member of American Legion Post #2.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Kriebs.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Kriebs, Carrollton, Ga., two sisters, Marjorie Hughes, Terre Haute, and Gretchen House and husband Will, Villa Rica, Ga., and one niece, Gabby House, Villa Rica, Ga.
