Father delivers thanks to community

To the Editor:

As Chloe's father, I would like to thank all those that were involved in educating the people of Clay County about my daughter's condition.

I would also like to thank the Southern Council of Higher Degree of Moose Fraternity for their gift of love to Chloe. I am sure that she loves it.

It is never easy having a special needs child, much less having one with a rare condition such as HPE.

Again, thank you for making my daughter's condition known.
