To the Editor:
Remember when "Made in USA" was a source of pride?
Our Congress has allowed/permitted our Congress, our states, and even our local politicians importation of foreign goods.
When was the last time you found the label of "Made in USA" in a garment?
I recently went to a J.C. Penny clothing store and in about 10 minutes, I counted garments in the following countries there: Mexico, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, El Salvador, China, Honduras, Thailand, Pakistan, Taiwan, Cambodia and Egypt.
I am not opposed to importation. However, there is a limit.
No wonder our economy is a mess. Speak out! This is your country. It does not belong to (illegal immigrants) -- not to even the local ones.
