* Due to an error, these churches were left off of the Religion page on Saturday, March 15.

Our faithful sister in Christ, Dorothy Wright, is moving to New Jersey the end of this month. We will be having a farewell supper for her at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 26. We will miss her very much, but wish her the best.

Vacation Bible School plans are in the works, which is just around the corner. It will be held the evenings of June 2-6. The theme will be "Full Armor of God."

Sunday will be Easter, and I hope you will plan on being in church somewhere to celebrate Jesus's resurrection.

Our church is located directly behind Hardee's on Church St. Our Sunday School for all ages is at 9:30 a.m., and our morning worship service is at 10:30 a.m. We do offer a childrens' worship for ages 3-7 during the 10:30 service, where they learn about God and Jesus on their level. We also have Prayer meeting and Bible study on Wednesday's at 7 p.m.

REMEMBER, EASTER SUNDAY WILL BE DIFFERENT. We will NOT have Sunday School that day. At 6 a.m. there will be a Sunrise Service followed by breakfast downstairs. Church Service will be at 10 a.m. Everyone is welcome After Easter Sunday, we will go back to the regular times for Sunday School and School.

If you do not attend church or you are looking for a new church, this would be a good time to visit Bee Ridge Congregational Christian Church. Pastor Jeff's sermons are based on scriptures from the Bible. We are a God-loving congregation with a big heart and we are reaching out to you. You don't need to go and buy new clothes. You will feel right at home in casual clothes. Come and be a part of our family.

Sunday School for youth and adults begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by church services at 10:30 a.m.

We have some special Easter service plans. In celebrating the early morning resurrection of Christ from the grave, we are having a Sunrise service at 7 a.m. followed by a breakfast. We will also be having a 9 a.m. worship service that day. There will be no other services.

The Bible has answers for every day problems. That doesn't mean that the problems go away but it tells us how we are to view our trials. It is possible to have hope. God promises help and hope for change. Are you discouraged? We are here to help you know God and to experience His hope. You can call 442-5008, email Pastor at pastor@brazilbible.org or attend one of our services: S.S. at 10 a.m.; Worship at 11 a.m. or our evening service at 6:30 p.m. Come and grow in the faith with us.
