Housing Authority Executive Director Mike Hagemeyer presented Brazil Mayor Ann Bradshaw with a check for $35,581.24 for city service from the organizations program Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT), which is a percentage of what it earns. Lori Combs Photo.

I think instead of giving the mayor money the housing needs to use the money to clean up West Central. Since Janet Sinder left your place has really gone down hill. You also need to investigate why so many people have kids that do not go to school but yet they all get a free apartment. One of you need to be accountable.
