Clay City's Braxton Griffith earned Second Team All-Conference honors by shooting a 93.

LINTON -- The Linton Miners placed all four of their scoring golfers at 84 and under led by medalist George Fritch's round of 73 to win the Tri-River Conference match on Saturday.

The Miners carded a team score of 315 to beat out Clay City's 362 with Union, Shakamak and North Central rounding out the conference.

Clay City was led by a First Team All-Conference effort from Josh Strain who shot an 82. Braxton Griffith shot a 93 along with Dallas Graham, Andy Schaffer scored a 94, Zach Boggs was at 98 and Dale Stoops shot a 100.

Clay City plays at home today against North Central beginning at 4:30 p.m.
