Leslie Ann Stubbs, Shelburn, and J.R. Altepeter, Brazil, are proud to announce their engagment and upcoming marriage on Saturday, May 31, 2008, at 2:30 p.m., at the Shelburn First Baptist Church.

Leslie is the daughter of Larry and Carol Stubbs, Shelburn. She is a 2002 graduate of North Central High School and a grduate of Wabash Valley College, Ill. and will graduate form Ivy Tech Community College majoring in Early Childhood Education/ Developmental Therapy in May 2008. She is employed at Boot City and Covered Bridge Special Education District, working as an Education Assistant at Terre Town Elementary School.

J.R. is the son of Alan and Carolyn Altepeter, Brazil. He is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School. He is employed as a driver with United Parcel Service (UPS).

All friends and family are invited to attend. The newlyweds will reside in Brazil.
