Janet Rae Parke, 62, Brazil, died Friday, April 25, 2008, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

Moore Funeral Home was chosen to provide cremation services.

A visitation with the family will take place from 1-3 p.m., Saturday, at shelter No. 10 in Forest Park, Brazil, and a memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m., with burial of the ashes to follow at Restlawn Cemetery.

A gathering of friends and family will follow at the shelter in Forest Park.
