Excitement was in the air as East Side Elementary second-grader Parker Timberman shook hands with Chelsea Clinton, daughter of (D-NY) Sen. Hillary Clinton and former President Bill Clinton, Monday afternoon. Clinton's motorcade made an impromptu visit at the school, signing autographs and shaking hands with all the students and staff members, before continuing on to the crowd waiting for her to speak at Brazil City Hall.
