Grand opening!

The Reserve at South Gate Open House Friday afternoon marked the opening of a new 43-home subdivision. Present while Developer Kim Emmert-O'Dell cut the ribbon held by Mayor Ann Bradshaw and Chamber of Commerce Member Steve Kidwell, were (from left) Don Petty, Sam Emmert, Carolyn Petty, chamber members Ted Paris, Mike Petersen, Melissa McCullough, Dave Loughmiller and Kenny Crabb, Developer Brad Emmert, Joyce Emmert and Emmert GMAC agents Debbie Mershon and Valie Staley.

I don't understand where this is located.

It is a local apartment complex and subdivision located behind the American Legion Post, 1015 S. Forest Ave., or across from Forest Park on State Raod 59 for those of us who live here.

I don't think they actually have an address yet, just now finishing the houses.
